To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the naming of the school, the USC Viterbi School of Engineering presents, "Volare," a musical short film that tells the story of Andrew and Erna Viterbi. It’s the story of two Holocaust refugees, struggling to communicate in a new world, who usher in the digital communications revolution that makes so much of the modern world possible.
This is was a particularly professional crew though I will admit it suffered from something similar to the annoyance's of a music video shoot — there are only so many times you can hear the same song repeated endlessly from a distance. I'll never hear Volare the same way again.
