Great vibes, great protagonist, great music and obviously some of the greatest animation ever produced. There are certainly Miyazakis that we're more fond of overall (Porco Rosso to name one) but this gem's story really speaks to what we're about.
At its core, Kiki's is about the struggle to maintain passion (mostly due to the pressures of a stressful working life) — which at least we've always interpreted as creative burnout. Something that we're always looking to fight against proactively by building systems that not only prevent it before it can happen but can allow for creation, inspiration and innovation to be prioritized wherever possible.
