Just to get it out of the way, a huge majority of whatever criticisms you might have about this place — we get it. But on another hand, go ahead and stay for a few nights, get it covered by your employer and let us know how many criticisms you still have.
Now that that's cleared up, there's a reason this place has earned its absurd reputation. It's spectacular. The resort features 34 suites in the main resort wing (if you can swing that buyout, it provides the best overall experience), plus a 4-bedroom Mesa Home, a newly debuted 6-bedroom villa and Camp Sarika — 10 tented pavilions.
World class spa, breathtaking activities (the motorboat on Lake Powell is unreal), unrivaled privacy and exceptional service all around. This is about as good as remote experiences get, at least in the US, and you'll certainly be paying for it. When budget is wide open and your team doesn't mind wandering off the beaten path, Amangiri makes it worth your while.
