If by some miracle the French Riviera makes sense for your next offsite, do yourself and everyone attending a favor and make it work at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc*. We had an incredible experience with a small executive team that wanted to combo a short offsite with their Cannes visit a few years ago. So incredible in fact, that no matter how exceptional of a job we did in planning/facilitating, we're confident the magic of the hotel and grounds would have resulted in success either way.

Impeccable service, iconic property, absurdly good food, the views, the Dior spa and a clay tennis court.

BIG CAVEAT here — unsurprising in some ways, remarkably frustrating in others, this hotel's best efforts are generally geared towards regular guests (of which there are many) and those buying out blocks/hosting events. If you are an individual or couple looking to have the best possible guest experience in the area, we'd probably recommend FSGHDCF — that is, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc has the edge in vibes but for our money, it's worth taking a small hit to know you'll be treated as well as any other guest.
