Parker Palm Springs

Palm Springs is an ideal location for an offsite for a few reasons. It's a small city with its own airport hosting direct flights from every major city in the US (except for maybe Miami which, chances are, you wouldn't be leaving for Palm Springs), it's particularly close to two massive West Coast Hubs and it genuinely feels restorative in a way vacation does — even when you're getting shit done.

We would recommend Parker for either small teams to rent out some of their special suites/villas or a larger, leadership team for a full buyout of the 144 room property. Service is excellent all around, but where Parker really shines is amenity. Four clay tennis courts (!), a clay padel court, full gym, resident yogis, wine bar, lounge, two restaurants, beautiful pool etc. You have so much available for even a huge group without going off property.
