Ulysses

Ulysses is an extremely full featured writing platform. Initially designed for managing all stages of the book writing process, it has been fleshed out in a way that also makes it particularly helpful for other, long format and research heavy writing projects. Among our four favorite writing suites (iA Writer, Scrivener & Final Draft), Ulysses feels like the most considered blend between simplicity and functionality.

A few other things worth noting — their built-in grammar and style check is one of the best and works in 20 languages, their cross-device syncing is near flawless and maybe most importantly, they're always improving the app and communicating the changes.
