As close as you're getting to a European offsite without leaving California but honestly even putting that connection aside, Carmel-by-the-Sea is a special little heaven unto itself.

This is an incredible spot for a team offsite. Close to SFO, blocks from the water, an hour from Big Sur and more cost effective than pretty much any habitable home rental in the area.
