
As the linked article describes in great detail, walk good. Walk good for mind, walk good for body. Do not fall into the trap of assuming that the only good walk is a long walk. When it's time for us to take a break we're usually doing one of three things. Taking a lap, taking a nap (realistically just closing our eyes for 15 minutes) or taking a cra... eating a wrap.
Take a lap when you can, you will not regret it.
